The CIMTEK Exordia-X provides the customer with a high-performance capability as well as an open-architecture support for third party modeles.
The CIMTEK Exordia-X now enables organizations that require open systems architecture of PXI to help lower the overall cost of test for a wider range of functional and combinational test across many applications.
The Exordia-X will allow electronics manufacturers to more quickly and easily test components and ultimately improve the quality of their manufactured product by identifying defects early in the build process avoiding the cost of recall or repeat test.
The CIMTEK Exordia-X features include :
- Ability to accept a wide array of PXI components
- Newly updated version of our Windows XP system software with an SDK option for use with VB, C++, CVIT or TestStandT"
- A high performance MXI 3 card for high-speed PXI interfacing.
- A 19" rack area for the PXI frame(s) and other 3rd party instrumentation.
- Exordia - support for the PXI, VXI, IEEE-488 equipment and a wide array of power supply unit's.
- PXI routing modules allowing all the resources to be passed through to the fixture on the standard CIMTEK interface
- PCC/PXI card option that can control the CIMTEK test rack directly from a PXI slot
- Advanced ergonomic features including a flat panel LCD display mounted on an adjustable arm and keyboard accessible by a sliding tray
- A utility panel keeps the test area clean and enables probes and peripherals to be reconfigured without opening the test rack
