Commissioning your CIMTEK ATE System
At the time of installation your CIMTEK ATE system will be commissioned on-site and all modules and system functions will be fully tested. Basic operational training will also be provided at the installation site. Maintenance courses and turnkey installation training can also be arranged to order.
During the 12 months warranty period you will have comprehensive technical support and all major system software releases will be supplied free of charge. Any failures of hardware during this period will be rectified free of charge, either through a module swap or an on-site visit by a service engineer. Response time is usually within 48 hours.
