CFO

Adrian King brings a wealth of international experience in finance and public accounting to CIMTEK as the Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining CIMTEK, Adrian was the vice president of finance at Open Ratings, a supply chain software provider.  Adrian was responsible for the Company's finance, treasury, taxation and investor relations.  He successfully raised two rounds of venture capital finance and was instrumental in the successful sale of Open Ratings to Dun and Bradstreet in early 2006.  Adrian joined Open Ratings through the acquisition of Gentia Software in 2001.
At Gentia Software, he was vice president of finance with responsibility for strategic planning, financial and operational systems. He successfully positioned Gentia Software for acquisition by Open Ratings in December 2001.  Adrian also worked in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche in both South Africa and the USA.
Adrian is a graduate of the University of Natal, South Africa. He holds both a bachelor of commerce and an honors degree in finance and taxation.  Adrian is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
