President & CEO

Stan Smith brings a wealth of expertise to the CIMTEK management team in his role of setting the strategic direction for the company, and for driving global operations to continue to expand and deliver value to CIMTEK's growing customer base.

Prior to joining CIMTEK as President and CEO in 2005, this Agile Software Veteran developed his extensive background in Product Lifecycle Management, and related areas of manufacturing automation in a variety of roles. 
Most recently Stan served as President and CEO of Open Ratings, a provider of Supplier Performance Management services.  Preceding this post, Stan was VP of Worldwide Field Operations with Agile Systems, where he managed sales, business development, implementations and professional services.  Before moving to Agile, Stan oversaw Matrix One's sales operations as VP Sales for North America. Stan holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
