VP Global Sales

Jim Noschese brings over 22 years of sales and sales management experience to CIMTEK. As Vice President of Global Sales, Jim is responsible for leveraging CIMTEK's 20 year history of customer satisfaction to new levels of revenue growth and customer loyalty. As such Jim will work closely with the executive team and the sales team to develop sustainable revenue enhancement strategies to be implemented in key areas of the globe.

Prior to joining CIMTEK, Jim was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and services at Open Ratings, a supply chain software provider whose customers include Lockheed Martin, Goodrich Corporation, Raytheon, United Technologies, and Honeywell.  Jim was instrumental in developing sales strategies and customer satisfaction programs that led to consistent growth and the eventual successful acquisition of Open Ratings by Dun and Bradstreet in early 2006.
Just before joining Open Ratings, Jim was Vice President of Sales at Emptoris, a leading strategic sourcing software provider whose customers include Motorola, Glaxo Smithkline, Vodafone(UK), Toro, Fedders, Exostar, ICG Commerce and RR Donnelly. While at Emptoris, he was directly responsible for the explosive growth of the company in key regions around the globe, including establishing a European headquarters in London. Jim also played a key role in helping Emptoris raise more than $20 million dollars in venture financing. Before Emptoris, Jim served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Formation Systems, a provider of product lifecycle management solutions for process-oriented manufacturers. Jim also held senior sales management positions at Parametric Technology. At Parametric Technology (PTC), Jim rose from district manager to Vice President of the central region and managed sales teams that routinely doubled PTC's growth rate. Jim began his career at Eastman Kodak company and served in a variety of sales and marketing roles as an individual contributor and manager.

Jim holds a bachelor of arts in economics and an MBA from University of Dallas.
