Founded in 1986, CIMTEK has extensive experience in test engineering working with TIER1 and OEM customers in all areas of electronic and functional test, delivering comprehensive, cost effective high volume and LEAN cell solutions. 


Paul Mizzi, CEO and Co-Founderpaul


Paul Mizzi co-founded CIMTEK in 1986 and is responsible for the growth of CIMTEK's strategic partnership arrangements and pioneering the early stages of a now global sales organization.  Paul's primary focus is on developing and fostering customer relationships.  
Prior to establishing CIMTEK, Paul developed a thorough knowledge of Computer Integrated Manufacturing processes as a Research Engineer at Hewlett Packard.  
Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McMaster University, in Ontario, Canada, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario.

James Egan, Co-Founderjim 


As a co-founder of CIMTEK, James was responsible for strategic partnerships and alliance development as well as the firm’s technology and global marketing strategy, he now acts as non-executive chairman of the board and member of the audit committee. He began his career as a systems engineer with Hewlett Packard where he was acknowledged for several innovations and customer strategy development. James has a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Graham Maunder, Business Development 


Before starting at CIMTEK in May 2004 Graham was employed by Agilent (then Hewlett Packard) beginning 1980, holding various roles of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing.  He was a major account manager for numerous electronic manufacturing companies delivering ICT, X-Ray and functional test solutions. Graham is a graduate of the University of Plymouth.


Doug Beethe, Director of Product Development


Before starting at CIMTEK in 2007, Doug founded Cottonwood Data Systems in 1994.  CIMTEK acquired Cottonwood and its principal asset, the software solution known as Magellon.
Prior to establishing Cottonwood, Doug was a development engineer at Hewlett-Packard.  Doug has an extensive knowledge of hardware and software solutions used in electronic product manufacturing.
