- Work in Process Module - enables the ability to provide alerts and enforcement of a defined assembly and test routing process, including the number of times a product is allowed to be tested at each process step and the ability to utilize Statistical Process Control methods for trending
- Intelligent Repair Module - tracks and compares historical failure data, provides suggested fixes and correlates failures to the entire product quality and test history
